At Nexasonali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must not be a final sale or customized product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Clearance items marked as final sale
- Mattresses, pillows, and bedding products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or items marked as non-returnable in the product description
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@nexasonali.com or call (972) 686-1181 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions for returning your items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, or if it is damaged due to misuse, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin processing and shipping the items, and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at info@nexasonali.com if you need to cancel an order.
